Ce cadeau italien aura d&#8217;ailleurs g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une bonne anecdote puisqu&#8217;elles avaient mis, chacune, un paquet de farine dans leur bagage cabine et qu&#8217;au contr\u00f4le des bagages, la farine blanche aurait pu \u00eatre prise pour une autre sorte de &#8220;poudre&#8221; qui aurait pu leur occasionner bien des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 expliquer aux Carabinieris qui ne sont pas connus pour leur sens de l&#8217;humour !<\/p>\n<p>Quoiqu&#8217;il en soit, Carole et D\u00e9borah, mes papilles vous remercient milles fois : je vous adore !<\/p>\n<h1><b>Les lasagnes :<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b><i><u>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>300 g de farine 00<\/p>\n<p>3 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p>Sel<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><b><i><u>Instructions sans Companion :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 mon Mini Kitchenaid Artisan mais les vraies &#8220;Mamas&#8221; italiennes mettent la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te et vous pouvez vous passer de l&#8217;usage du robot.<br \/>\nVerser la farine et une pinc\u00e9e de sel dans un saladier ou le bol d&#8217;un robot muni de la feuille. Faire une fontaine au centre et y casser les \u0153ufs. Les faire revenir dans un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que leur volume r\u00e9duise et ajouter 3 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson, \u00a0deux gousses d&#8217;ail en pur\u00e9e. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Hacher l&#8217;\u00e9pinard finement (au mixeur plongeant c&#8217;est l&#8217;id\u00e9al) et y ajouter la Ricotta en m\u00e9langeant le tout intimement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><b><i><u>Instructions avec le Companion :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Laver et essorer les feuilles d&#8217;\u00e9pinard. Dans le robot muni du p\u00e9trisseur\/concasseur, mettre deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et lancer le programme Slow Cook P2 95\u00b0C pour 20 mn, au bout d&#8217;une minute ajouter l&#8217;\u00e9pinard et poursuivre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le compteur affiche 15 mn et ajouter deux gousses d&#8217;ail en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;issue du programme, ajouter la Ricotta, le sel et le poivre et pulser 4 ou 5 fois.<\/p>\n<h1><b><u>La B\u00e9chamel :<\/u><\/b><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><b><i><u>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>50g de farine<\/p>\n<p>50g de beurre<\/p>\n<p>50 cl de lait<\/p>\n<p>Muscade<\/p>\n<p>Sel<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><b><i><u>Instruction sans Companion :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole sur feu vif. Lorsqu&#8217;il commence \u00e0 mousser, versez la farine d&#8217;un coup et fouettez vivement avec un fouet.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le m\u00e9lange est homog\u00e8ne, verser d&#8217;un coup le lait, et fouetter vivement pour \u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux. Salez, poivrez, et ajoutez la muscade.<\/p>\n<p>Continuer de fouetter sans jamais arr\u00eater, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la B\u00e9chamel commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir. Lorsqu&#8217;elle est suffisamment \u00e9paisse, la retirer du feu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><b><i><u>Instructions au Companion :<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans le bol du robot muni du batteur, verser la farine, le lait et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de muscade.<\/p>\n<p>Lancer le robot, vitesse 7 pendant 1 minute pour m\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le beurre en morceaux et programmer Vitesse 4; 90\u00b0C, 8 minutes.<\/p>\n<h1><b><u><br \/>\nLe montage :<\/u><\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Dans un plat rectangulaire beurr\u00e9, mettre une fiche couche de B\u00e9chamel, puis les plaques de lasagnes fra\u00eeches d\u00e9coup\u00e9es \u00e0 la taille de votre plat (inutile de les pr\u00e9cuire l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans la B\u00e9chamel et la sauce \u00e9pinard est suffisante pour ce faire) puis une nouvelle couche de B\u00e9chamel, la sauce \u00e9pinard\/Ricotta (facultatif du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour les gourmands) puis une autre couche de plaques de lasagnes\/ B\u00e9chamel\/\u00e9pinard\/Ricotta (fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 facultatif) etc jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que vous arriviez
